◐ Equipment features

1.Any nailhole bigger than 5mm can be detected within two circuits of the casing. Detecting accuracy is higher than 90%, detecting missing rate can be lower than 5%.

2.The equipment can detect and classify the crown crossed hole, belt crossed hole and inner liner crossed hole.

3.The equipment can run with either manually or automatically, and can detect nailholes for both bias and radial tires. With the automatic process, the equipment will stop rotating the casing and keep discharging while nailhole detected.

4.The equipment will not discharge without nailhole detected, which can be extremely for operators, even if the operator touch the casing while detecting.

5.Detecting time of each casing is shorter than 2mins, ncluding loading and unloading.
