2020 New Style Rohtak Mehta Laser Machine - Clean 500 Laser Cleaning System – Bestyre Detail:

The laser system CL 500 is designed for a multitude of industrial purposes with an average laser power of 500 watts. The diode pumped laser module enables almost maintenance-free applications. A light guide fiber leads the laser light to the processing head. This is why this laser system is ideally suited for automated processing. As options for automated processes the typical interfaces, CAN or Profibus are available. Typical applications are extensive pre-treatment for adhesive bonding, de-coating or pretreatment for weld inspection at high feed rates.Thanks to an integrated cooling technique and a compact construction the laser system is despite its 500 watts laser power highly mobile. Merely a mains plug and eventually separate cooling water are needed to operate the system. Other media like compressed air or protective gas are not necessary.

Warrant

1.Laser module

The new laser module has to be changed after approx.12.000 working hours (warranty period is

10.000 working hours or 2 years depending on what occurs first).

2. Machine

12 months factory warranty or 3500 working hours according to which occurs first. There is no warranty on external optical elements (lamp/protection window) in any event.

Delivery:

About 12-14 weeks after having received your order

Payment:

After placing an order, 40% of the total amount of equipment shall be paid. 60% shall be paid before delivery.This quotation is domestic tax inclusive.
